Vacancy - AATi Workshop Engineer

We are hiring!

AATi (part of the Finch Seaman Enfield Group – FSEG). Due to continued expansion, business growth, and investment in training the company is looking to strengthen its technical team. A position is available within the Workshop at AATi for an apprentice engineer.

To join our proactive enthusiastic team and business you need to be a well-organised problem solver with an eye for detail and be able to deliver work to high-quality standards within deadlines. You must be self-motivated, capable of working unsupervised and work in accordance with current Health & Safety requirements to high-quality standards. We are looking for a passionate candidate who has a keen interest in manufacturing/engineering to join our team.

Ideally A-C grades (Or equivalent new levels 4-9) in English and Maths. Engineering or similar advantageous.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Fine finishing
• Drilling
• CNC machine operation
• Design and manufacture of drilling and cutting jigs
• Cutting materials to length
• Reading production drawings and QA documents
• Packing materials for dispatch.
